1. Serviceable Locations
We currently provide delivery and product installation services only in:
- Bangalore City (All Zones)
- Hoskote & Surrounding Areas
If your PIN code is not within these locations, we regret that delivery will not be possible at this time. For bulk or special orders outside these areas, please contact us directly.

We offer shipping for the following categories:

3. Delivery Timelines

All delivery timelines apply only within Hoskote and Bangalore city limits. Orders placed after 6 PM may be processed the next working day.
4. Delivery Charges
Free Delivery is available for select PIN codes in Hoskote and Bangalore on prepaid orders and bulk orders.
Nominal Delivery Charges may apply based on:
- Delivery urgency (same-day/express)
- Installation requirements
- Outskirts or extended zones within Bangalore
Charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout or communicated during offline booking.
5. Delivery & Installation Process
- All deliveries are handled by our in-house team or authorised technicians.
- For products that require installation (UPS, inverters, etc.), a trained technician will complete the installation during delivery at no extra cost (unless specified).
- Delivery confirmation will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp.
6. Delivery Scheduling
- Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time slot.
- You can also call our customer support to request urgent or custom delivery slots.
7. Bulk & B2B Orders
- For wholesale, institutional, or fleet orders:
- Delivery schedules will be coordinated directly with your purchase manager or facility team.
- Lead times may vary based on quantity and stock availability.
8. Damaged, Delayed, or Wrong Delivery
If your product is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrectly delivered
- Delayed beyond the promised timeline
Please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with photographs (if applicable). We will arrange:
- Free replacement
- Or full return pickup and redelivery, as needed
